The story behind EduTrack

EduTrack was born when a former school board member and a veteran K-6 educator saw how hard it was to measure community engagement across schools--fundraising, volunteers, sponsors, and events--and decided to build a better way.

Our Story

The idea for EduTrack started at the school board table. As a former Osceola County School Board member, Julius saw firsthand how difficult it was to answer simple questions like, "Where is our community support coming from?" and "Are all of our schools benefiting fairly?" Fundraising, volunteers, and sponsorships were tracked in different spreadsheets, inboxes, and paper binders.

At the same time, Johana was working directly with K-6 students in classrooms and small-group reading interventions. She saw how much teachers and support staff relied on community donations and volunteer time--and how hard it was to connect that support back to student outcomes.

Together, they created EduTrack to measure community engagement across an entire district. By bringing fundraising, volunteers, sponsors, and events into one platform, EduTrack helps leaders see where support is strong, where there are gaps, and how every contribution connects to student success.
