These Terms govern your access to and use of EduTrack. By using EduTrack, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization and yourself.

Accounts & Roles
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for actions taken under your account. Role‑ based access must be assigned by district administrators.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the platform or attempt to access unauthorized data.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Respect privacy and applicable student data regulations.
Payments & Donations
Donations, fees, and payouts are processed via third‑party providers. Your organization is responsible for ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and donor communications.
Intellectual Property
EduTrack and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your content; you grant us a limited license to operate the service.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
EduTrack is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for any indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time; some obligations may survive termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
